With a very heavy heart we have to annouce...

Winfried Wobker in Sierra Leone... the sad lost of the Co-Founder of the Driving-YMCA-Doctor for Sierra Leone, Mr Wilfried Wobker. In Sierra Leone he is better known as Pa Willie. Our good Lord called him last Friday, April 20th, 2012, at the age of 78. We are all very sad and we miss him so much. We lost a very good friend and a wise adviser and for the people in Sierra Leone he was still more: he was like a father, he was PA WILLIE. May his soul rest in perfect peace and harmony!!

Our motivation... United Colours Of People

...is founded on our Christian belief. The triangle is the symbol of the CVJM as for the human beeings on its whole, his body, his mind and his soul. Just as Jesus had always seen the entire person in his importance, the worldwide CVJM/YMCA wants to serve the entire human being and also his surrounding. The CVJM/YMCA  especially wants to help weak and disadvantaged people.
